Dr. Max Silver, DDS

Dr. Max Silver is an Ottawa native and graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry with honours. He then completed the prestigious General Practice Residency at the University of Alberta Hospital. This is where he gained experience with implants, bone grafts, and wisdom teeth removal.

He has continued to expand his knowledge through advanced education in sinus lifts, implant dentures, and teeth-in-a-day treatments.

Dr. Silver is certified in the latest technology, like 3D X-rays and digital scanners. He utilizes these to personally plan the placement of implants and removal of wisdom teeth. This ensures the best outcome and minimizes risk for his patients.

Dentistry can be stressful, especially complex procedures like implants and extractions. Dr. Silver’s expertise and certification in IV sedation minimize patient anxiety throughout treatment. He prides himself on patient-centred care and works with each patient to tailor treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Silver is a voice actor and has worked with the likes of Rogers, Disney, and People’s Jewelry. He puts his impression and puppeteering talents to use with his youngest patients, who often need a little dose of Elmo or Mickey Mouse to alleviate their fears.
